If you’re a fan of Strawberries and Cream, this Strawberries and Cream Thick Shake is going to blow your socks off!  Amazing for breakfast or an afternoon snack … or freeze it and serve in place of ice cream!

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1.5 cups )

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • Slither Avocado


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a high speed blender in till smooth and creamy. Delish!!

  • Another one who has never seen or heard of vanilla pea protein, doesn’t look like the recipe writer has enlightened us either. Definitely one to freeze, a healthy ice cream always handy
