This recipe for Super Crunchy Chips is a great way to use up any potatoes you’ve forgotten that are less than perfect. The ‘secret’ ingredient makes sure they are super crunchy and eaten straight away!
Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 serve )
- Pinch salt To taste
- Pinch pepper To taste
- 2 medium potatoes Sliced thinly
- Pork lard As necessary
- Slice potatoes thinly and salt and pepper them before putting them in the lard to cook. Then place them in once lard is hot cook them at medium for about 10 minutes and then turn the heat up to high until golden. Then salt and pepper to taste.
