Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of ground black pepper

Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients until well blended. Serve with fish.
