A refreshing & healthy salad.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 Large garden tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
  • 3/4 cup Fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 big pinches Kosher salt

Method

  1. Gently mix together all ingredients in a a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate & serve.

Notes

The freshest of ingredients is most important in this salad. 4 large garden Tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces. The word "garden" is included for a reason. Do not try this with store bought tomatoes.
