A quick and easy family favourite


Ingredients (makes 8-10 cups )

  • 500gm Inghams turkey mince
  • 1 White onion, finely diced
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 4 tablesppons Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons Peanuts #optional
  • 1 cup Spring onion chopped
  • 1 cup Diced cup mushrooms
  • 8-10 Lettuce cups, iceberg

Method

  1. Brown onion and turkey mince in sesame oil. Add carrot and mushrooms and cook until tender. Add Oyster and soy sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add spring onions for the final 5 minutes. Serve in lettuce cups, sprinkle peanuts on top
