Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)

  • 300 gr Margarine
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 1 tbs Vanilla powder
  • 10 Egg yolk
  • 10 Egg white, beaten until fluffy
  • 300 gr Flour
  • 1 tbs Baking powder
  • 3 tbs Cocoa powder

Method

  1. Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add egg yolks one by one and continue beat until fluffy.
  2. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Pour beaten egg white into egg yolk mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour a half batter in a bowl with cocoa powder, mix well. Pour the white batter into a baking pan and cocoa batter in the top. Bake with pre heated oven at 170 C for 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
