  1. Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined, and the texture resembles whipped cream.

  • Sounds super delicous thankyou so much I live ice cream

  • This sounds delicious and so simple to make.

  • Love natural made ice cream and then can add what I want for flavour.

  • And the best bit, there’s no added nasties in home made ice cream.

  • this seems quite simple and would taste really good!

  • What an easy recipe, thanks for sharing

  • Mmm. I can’t wait to try this. Thanks for sharing!

  • This looks better than bought ice cream.

  • By using double cream instead of evaporative milk as our Grandmas did, no gelatin is needed. If you aren’t a sweet tooth you may be able to reduce the honey a fraction too. No artificial substances like bought icecream does.

  • Is there a problem with hardness if left overnight? Just thought may be a problem given wording if recipe. Love the ingredients.

  • A great recipe for an ice cream with reduced table sugar!

  • I love the low sugar feature of this recipe.

  • How easy is this?! Thanks for sharing – adding this one to my list of must do!
