Tender veal topped with tomato paste, herbs and golden cheese… does it get any better?!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 800g Veal
- Plain flour for dusting
- Tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- Italian herbs
- Mozzarella cheese
- Dip veal in flour, shake off excess.
- Heat butter in a pan, and fry veal on each side until just cooked (or slightly under). Remove from pan and place into a baking paper lined baking tray
- Top with tomato paste, Italian herbs, salt, pepper, torn basil leaves and finally mozzarella cheese
- Place into a preheated (160 degree) oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden
