  • 1 large celery stick
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder

  2. Mix in honey and pour juice into a glass.
  3. Decorate with a twist of lemon. Serve.

Wheatgrass is an effective healer because it contains all minerals and vitamins, extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids, You can add more apple juice or honey to sweeten it, or add more celery for fiber intake.

  • So healthy! Would be perfect the morning pick me up! :-)

  • Looks very great, don’t think it would taste too good, but it’s super healthy

  • This is exactly what I need to replace my morning coffee which is giving me anxiety. Awesome!

    • LOL, this drink won’t give you anxiety, instead it’s fabulous in cleansing our body system and make us feel fresh and satisfied. Cheers, Missey :)

  • Could I add Vodka LOL ?

  • Wheatgrass is so good for our digestive system! Great recipe!!

    • Thank you for your comment :) and yes the wheatgrass has many benefits to our health. Missey

      • I didn’t realise it was so good for you!

      • Oh yes, welcome to the wonderful world of wheatgrass. Mother Nature has given us the best element in life and I reckon it’s best to take them rather than chemical/medication to maintain our health. Explore and enjoy, Missey :)

  • oh yum this sounds so nice, I love cloudy apple juice. I didn’t know you could get wheatgrass powder – that’s pretty cool

    • Same here, when I get my hands on the good quality cloudy apple juice, that’s a happy moment.
You can definitely get wheatgrass powder these days from the good food stores or the health section at the supermarket. Missey.

      • That’s good was wondering where to get it from thanks

  • Wow! Super green looking drink – thanks.

  • Another healthy recipe to enjoy, thanks Missey!

    • You are very welcome, I would love to hear from you if you have tried it. Missey :)

  • I am slightly wondering why a green apple or two was not used instead of the cloudy apple juice but no matter. I actually have some wheat seeds that I intended to sprout so I could make my own wheat-grass but alas that was as far as I got, must get around to it. Thanks so much for your healthy juice recipe Missey Grace and all the very best to you. :-)

    • LOL, you can definitely use fresh apples. It just happened that I have a bottle of very nice quality cloudy apple juice so I added to this concoction. I didn’t have fresh wheatgrass on hand and the powder works really well in this recipe too. Enjoy, Missey :)

      • You are always so positive Missey and offer good feedback and alternatives.

      • Oh thank-you mom, I chose to be on the happy side, and I’ve been helped by many kind people during the path of my vegetarian journey, so it’s time that I contribute my worth to anyone who would accept it. Thanks again for your comments. Missey :)

      • A pleasure! Thanks for sharing your recipes, contributions and happiness. :)
