Easy and delicious! A realcrowd pleaser


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 600 ml Thickened cream
  • 180grams White chocolate
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 2/3 cup Caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Boiling water
  • 3 teaspoons Powdered gelatine

Method

  1. Place cream, chocolate,sugar and milk in saucepan
  2. Melt over medium heat , stirring,until smooth and chocolate melted
  3. Dissolve gelatine over boiling water Whisk with fork til smooth
  4. Sit for 2-3 minutes until disolved
  5. Add to cream mixture and whisk
  6. Pour into 8 150 ml moulds, cover and refrigerate
  7. Unmould onto serving plate Serve with berries

Notes

This recipe lends it to be topped with any fruit in season. Also topped with raspberry sauce looks and tastes delicious !
