Healthy and delicious and your kids wont know theyre eating something good for them.


Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 60 60 hamburgers)

  • 1kg fatty pork belly
  • 4 chicken marylands
  • 4 kranksky sausages
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 3 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp smoked salt
  • 3 tsp tumeric
  • 2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fried shallots
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp smoked olive oil
  • 1 cup pork lard
  • 1/3 cup tasty cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp ground sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp ground chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground pumkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup smoked fetta (crumbed)
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic

Method

  1. Finely grind sausages. Medium grind chicken. Coarsely grind pork. Mix all ingredients together well then shape into hamburger pattie. Then cook, eat and enjoy!!

  • Trying to figure out the size of these, if proper sized patties. Would seem a lot for a serve (10) . Thinking little meat balls size. Will look into making these.


    • It makes roughly 60 burgers and they would be small sized burgers maybe 3 or 4 cm roughly:)

  • they look so tasty and I bet they smell amazing – i love the inclusion of the fetta and the chickpeas and the assorted seeds – I am going to have fun making these for my girls and I
