Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 packet White Wings Cake in a Cup™ Salted Caramel & Choc Chip mix
  • 2 tbsp (40ml) Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp Toasted almond flakes
  • 1 scoop Ice cream
  • Caramel sauce

Method

  1. Combine 1 White Wings Cake in a Cup™ sachet and 2 tablespoons of milk in a microwave-safe mug
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds with a spoon until evenly blended and smooth
  3. Fold through 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of toasted almond flakes
  4. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove mug from microwave and let it stand before enjoying
  5. Finish with a scoop of your favourite ice cream
  6. Serving option: drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired

  • I seen these today in my local Woolworths I hesitated and bought my usual white wings chocolate cake :) next time I’ll have to try it out
