Everyone loves a Chicken dinner and when it can be ready in less than an hour, you’ll love it too!

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Serves: 4 people

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 kg Whole Chicken
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • 500ml Chicken Stock
  • 600g Potatoes (cut into wedges)

 Method:

  1. Brush oil all over chicken,  place the lemon half inside the cavity of the chicken.and brown for 3 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 35 – 50 minutes.
  3. Place the whole chicken onto a serving platter, arrange wedges around the chicken and serve.

  • the cook comes out of the tefal beautifully, but I would say this pic is false advertising, as it is always moist, and the fluid very thin, no browning or crisp skin at all
