2 Ingredients

Great for teething babies as they are small and easy to hold

Ingredients (makes 2 dummies)

Greek yoghurt
2 dummies

Method

Put yoghurt into an ice cube tray
Place dummy into the yoghurt and freeze until set.

Notes

I make these for my son to help him sooth his gums while hes teething. They also are great on hot days as they are perfect little ice blocks for babies to cool them down You can also make these with formula, flavoured yoghurt or breast milk if you wish

Wow I never thought to use yoghurt. I’ve always just frozen fruit! Thank you for the idea. Will use it for bub number two.

I wish I had seen this back when my kids were teething. The cold was always such a relief for them, these would have been amazing. Ill share with the mums to be i know
