Substitute Biscotti for pears for a nice crunch
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 Cup Castor Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Marsala
- Sliced Pear
- Place egg yolks, sugar and Marsala in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Be sure bowl does not touch water.
- Beat with electric hand mixer for 10 minutes or until thick and pale.
- Pour into cups and serve with pear slices.
