  • Yummy….yes please

  • I can’t wait to try these muffins. So easy to make and easy ingredients to find.

  • What a great recipe! Will be making this for my fussy toddler but I would definitely adjust the amount of oil in the recipe and maybe add eggs. I feel like the oil being called for in the recipe is way too much!

  • This is a perfect breakfast muffin.

  • Ooh, a great way to get some extra veggies into our diet.

  • Love hidden veggie muffins, definitely need to try these ones

  • Would love to try these they look very filling

  • This looks like a lovely healthy combo of ingredients

  • These sounds delicious. And healthy!

  • Interesting that it has zucchini in it

  • A lovely snack with a cuppa!

  • Yum.i like adding vegetables to mine as well

  • Its interesting that you use honey as a sweetener and there is a vegetable in it, I think I like this, Thankyou!

  • Upon reading some of the comments, thinking of using less oil for this. Will give it ago as sound delish.

  • Is there a mistake in the amount of oil for this recipe?
Everything was going fine until I added the cup of coconut oil, it looked too much and I probably should have followed my instinct and used less but I preserved with the recipe exactly.

The muffins wouldn’t cook properly no matter how long I cooked them for. They are soggy in the middle and taste like oil.

What a sad waste of beautiful ingredients and my time. Sorry to be harsh but I’m really annoyed.
