- 2 Zucchini's
- Half a block of Feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- Half a red onion
- Grate the zucchini, beat eggs, slice onion, crumble feta.
- Mix all together and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry and enjoy with chilli chutney!
