These zucchini fritters are super quick and easy to make. Nutritious and healthy!

Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 6 )

  • 2 Zucchini's
  • Half a block of Feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Half a red onion


  1. Grate the zucchini, beat eggs, slice onion, crumble feta.
  2. Mix all together and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry and enjoy with chilli chutney!

  • Fritters…..one of my all time favourite things to cook. So quick and easy. Add any veggies you like, different cheeses. Yum
