A quick and healthy breakfast, that’s full of goodness!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup Zucchini - grated
- 1 Egg - whisked
- 20 grams Feta
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 tsp Oil
- Combined the grated zucchini and the whisked eggs.
- Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the zucchini mixture and gently fry for a few minutes until golden, flip and cook to your liking.
- Serve fritter on a plate topped with feta and avocado.
