The babyboo Nappy pants have quickly become my favourite new nappies to use, not only is the price amazing, the quality is great and they definitely last for 12 hours! I absolutely loved these nappies. I always buy huggies but lately find they are filling too fast and are too loose to stay up on my active toddler. When I first opened Babyboo nappies I thought they were too small but they were a perfect fit. Snug and comfy and no red marks for my 2.5yo. Generous amount of elastic used. These amazing nappy pants have been so so good for my 3 year old who is still needing these for day and night. There has been absolutely no leakage and great on his sensitive skin. They have the wetness indicator so you know when to change them, disposal tape to roll up and dispose of and finally the all important stretchy waist band so it’s not tight around your little ones belly.

I was a bit septical due to the low price of these nappies and how the quality would be, well I was blown away by how well they fit little miss. They weren’t thin and held a large portion of liquid especially those night time sleeps. Daycare asked which brand they were as they also loved the stretch to them and how well they fit including no leakages. I’ve already gone out and purchased more and will in the future

Absolutely amazing nappy pants. After trying a few other brands including Huggies I found these flawless. Soft, sturdy and stretchy. They are Leak proof and reliable overnight for my little man. No leaks and with a soft design didn’t leave any irritating red marks. Great quality and reasonable pricing even at full price. Much more affordable than Huggies. The only downside is that it is limited to IGA which can be sometimes difficult to access on regular shopping runs. Still willing to make the effort after trialing this amazing product. When I first opened the nappy pants I was amazed at how lovely and soft they were both on the outside and inside. Not at all scratchy or stiff. I also loved that they don’t have a horrible chemical smell like some other brands do.
We uses these for multiple nights and day time sleeps. We only had one leak during the night.
My child was approx 18.5-19kg when we used these and they only JUST fit him. They were a bit tight. They aren’t something I would buy again for his size but I would definitely recommend them for a smaller/lighter child.

I had issues with my son pooping a lot as a newborn. Sometimes it can be really hard to keep the rash at bay if you have a child that is constantly doing that. There is some acidity in the excrement and that can cause burning before it’s even been against their skin for long. I used to use paw paw cream on him and that worked best as a barrier.
Nappy Rash can be so raw and painful and i always worried so much when our babies had a bout of it. I remember trying so many things but always found good old petroleum jelly used regularly would help in keeping it at bay. There are some great suggestions in the article.
I did find that not all nappy rash creams are as good as each other. After trialing many brands I settled on Sudocrem as the best for me and my baby. Changing nappies frequently and air time is also very important.
There are so many common sense tip in this article and they are tips that we followed. We kept everything as natural as possible on very soft and sensitive skin. We went with plenty of nappy free times and we were very fortunate to not encounter issues with nappy rash.

Even though I agree that prevention is key, I also think it’s important to have a good barrier cream to hand to help at the first signs of trouble. There are lots of good brands, you can pick any really that suits your baby’s skin. But use it liberally when you need it!

Nappy rash is horrible and prevention is definately better than cure. This is a fantastic article with some great tips. Especially the changing of the nappy frequently. Unfortunately sometimes especially once they’re on solids and their poops get yucky a little nappy rash can be unavoidable in which case a small amount of sudocreme clears it up quickly.
We found that changing nappies frequently was key for us. And once the kids starting sleeping for long periods at night, we started using the really good quality nappies – Huggies, as it happens – while cheaper nappies were still okay for the day and frequent changes. Nappies do vary! .
This is a really great reminder that nappy rash can happen but there are some great tips to help try and avoid it. I use to do a lot of nappy free time with my daughter when we were home as she had sensitive skin and I layered the barrier cream on all the time, especially at night.
