I was using Sudocream but found this to be very thick, Bepanthen was similar but not as thick and easier to apply on my kids. The lid is easy to use mid nappy change, the ointment can be rubbed in clear or layered thickly. And the little bottoms are soothed. Not only is it good for nappy wearing littlies, but also for the bigger kids learning to wipes properly. Relief is quick and rashes clear overnight. This ointment also prevented rashes appearing. Can also be used on light excema with good result.
