In the first few months of a baby’s life, they can only breathe through their noses. A blocked nose can make feeding and sleeping really difficult for your baby.

The use of FESS Little Noses, 5 minutes before feeding will help dislodge and thin baby’s mucus, helping improve breathing and assisting your baby to feed normally.

How to use FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray?

 

  1. Using FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray when your baby is upright:

While your baby is upright, simply place the nozzle at the entrance of each nostril and press the spray pump down.

 

  1. Using FESS Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray when your baby is lying down:

1. Lie the baby flat on his/her back and tilt the head back.

It may be helpful to place a small pillow or rolled towel under the shoulders for support.

Gently remove any existing excess mucus.

2. Hold the bottle upright and press the spray pump down once.

Place the nozzle of the spray pump at the entrance of each nostril and press down to spray.

Apply 1 to 3 sprays per nostril.

3. Hold your baby in this position for one to two minutes to give the saline solution time to thin the mucus.

You can repeat as often as needed. The easy to use spray pump has been specifically designed to produce a soft spray ideal for little noses.

4. When you have finished, gently wipe excess mucus from the baby’s nose to prevent any skin irritation

  • No more cut nostrils

    Trying to keep nostrils clear, my baby has relief from FESS Little Noses Nasal Spray. I used to use my fingernails to retrieve unwanted boogers from my babies nostrils and sometimes cut them in the process and me feel like an awful mother but now having FESS Little Noses Nasal Spray at home I am at ease using the aspirator and spray I am able to suck them out with causing cuts and stress. I thank them that there is a product out there that enables you to do that. A lot less worry for parents and knowing now your baby can breathe a lot better.

  • Breathing a lot better my little boy

    We used it just the other day, poor little boy could hardly breathe only 5 weeks at the time, nostril was all stuffed up and wouldn’t feed from my breast. Got out the FESS Little Noses Nasal Spray and Aspirator and used on him. Boogers were being sucked up and it was gross but it enabled my baby boy to breathe a lot better. End result he was able to feed from me and have a reasonable good sleep without desperately trying to breathe.

    What a better way to make your baby breathe better than to help them with Fess Little Noses Nasal Spray. I find it’s a great product that I am happy to keep using for all my babies as I have already done so.     My second baby is a winter baby, combine that with an older sibling who goes to childcare and before we knew it we had our first newborn cold. With my first being a summer baby I was a bit oblivious when it came to knowing what to buy to help my baby.

  • Unwanted Boogers Go Away!!!

    It’s the perfect solution to get those unwanted boogers from my littlies nostrils. The last thing you want is to hear your littlie unable to breathe with boogers in their nose and they are too little to blow them out. This is were FESS Little Noses come into action…
    You put the spray into their nose, then use the aspirator to suck the unwanted boogers out, it seems and looks gross but with your littlie breathing a lot better it’s worth going through the grossness of it all.

    I have used FESS Little Noses several times over my son’s 20 months. I love that it is a gentle product that allows relief from a blocked and stuffy nose. I am also glad that it is easy to use, especially as my son can be a wriggler!     I used these for my twins when they were babies and they were perfect and easy to use! They are affordable,and helped my stuffy girls clear up very good.     Enjoyed reading previous reviews because it made me think of my 2 daughters. Daughter 1 swore by FESS Little Noses for her 2 babies and recommended it to her sister Daughter 2. Daughter 2 had one baby and would not use FESS because she thought the idea and action was ‘GROSS’. But when her baby was about 7 months old, he was very choked up with a cold and couldn’t breathe. Daughter 1 used FESS on him and cleared his breathing immediately. Daughter 2 was so relieved and pleased. She uses it all the time now.

    FESS Little Noses is a good product. It is not a miracle worker, however. It seems to clear the nose for a short time. I’ve found with my 2 children, nothing really works. You just have to ride it out. However, FESS Little Noses did give my daughter relief for long enough to feed and settle to sleep so that is a massive bonus.

    Used this Fess little noses nasal spray for my baby when he had cold. It works so quick and easy to use. It helps to clear stuffy nose very quick. Safe for little ones as it only contain saline water, which is good for bub. i would highly recommended this to the mums . so effective and cheap product.

    My baby was just two months when he got cough and cold. His cold was really bad with stuffy nose and that time our GP recommended us this Nasal spray to use. We have used this and it is so effective that after one use it just helped my baby to breadth easily without any trouble. He slept well. Would recommend this.

    I found it a bit hard to get my son to use it when he had a blocked nose although its a good idea thats why we tried it if your one of the lucky ones id say good luck to you im happy to recommend this product for the use intended if your willing to give it a try we were happy. good luck

  • Used for my baby

    My baby was 2 months old when he got cold with stuffy nose, then our GP recommend us this Nasal spray. Its really wonderful but for the first time I was really scared to use this for such a small baby. As you follow the instructions, you will know how is that for your little one. I am still using this for my baby.

Summer beach and pool days are core childhood memory creators, but getting the kids out the door, not so much! From wrestling wriggly toddlers into rashies to arguing with teens trying to dodge sunscreen and cramming half the house into the car, the exhaustion can kick in before we’ve even set foot on the sand!

But there are some very clever tips that will make even the most stressful summer days smooth sailing – and the Mouths of Mums community know them all! Pack Smart, Not Big

Do you feel like you take waaayyy too much when you head to the beach or pool, and then you seem to forget a couple of key things that would have made life so much easier?

Our Mouths of Mums community swear by this fab list of essentials which should be in every mum’s beach kit, and

  • A plastic bag for wet towels and bathers
  • A dry bag for clothes
  • A bucket or basin to wash off sandy toys
  • A ‘clean zone’, sand-free blanket or mat for eating and changing
  • A pop-up tent for changing
  • Waterproof phone case
  • Talcum powder to get sticky, wet sand off little feet. Just pop it on and brush it off – it’s magic!
  • A hand-held car vac for quick sand cleanups!

Get Safety Sorted Before The Fun Starts

It’s pretty hard to get the kids’ attention once you’re at the beach or pool, so the safety talk should really start at home. Our mums recommend chatting to the kids about:

  • Swimming between the flags at the beach
  • Setting a meeting spot in case anyone gets separated

I pre-chop carrots, cucumber, apples, boiled egg, in a handy separating container, a packet of chips, dip, and bring water bottles.   • My biggest tip is to be very clear who’s watching the kids, especially when they’re in the water. Like, actually verbally hand over and make sure it’s acknowledged if you’re going somewhere (like to the bathroom). That can definitely save lives, but also save panics about lost kids in crowded spaces.

  • Some really good tips here! I had no idea about the talcum powder hack – who would have known! That is amazing and I will definitely try it next time we go to the beach! It is definitely worthwhile getting things ready the night before though, especially if you want to leave before midnight lol.
