MURINE® Eye Mist is a preservative-free eye spray that gently moisturises and refreshes dry and tired eyes caused by air conditioned or windy environments, extended computer work, ageing, wearing contact lenses, long distance travel and medication.
MURINE® Eye Mist applies liposomes particles onto the closed eyelids that work to refresh and maintain the natural moisture in and around the eye. It’s as easy as 1, 2 and spray … that’s it.

How to use MURINE® Eye Mist 1. Hold spray 10 cm away from the eye.
2. Close eyes and spray directly onto each eyelid 1 to 2 times.
3. Keep eyes closed for 4 to 5 seconds (this allows the liposome particles to spread onto the surface of the eyes).
4. Use the product 3 or 4 times a day. Product can be used until the expiry date.

This stuff is amazing! I ware contact lenses for 15 hours of the day easily and I know that horrid dry eye feeling and the feeling of having something stuck in the contact lenses. This is amazing for keeping eyes fresh or refreshed and getting that irritation away! I love Murine Eye Mist as it is so easy to use. I carry mine around in my handbag and can just refresh my dry tired eyes anywhere and at any time (except when driving of course!)
As your eyes do not need to be open to use effectively you can very easily complete the task yourself which is by far the most innovative design ever invented for eye drops.
If I have been working on the computer or watching television and my eyes start to get dry and irritable, one spray on each eye leaves me feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed plus very much wide awake. It is reasonably priced and just the thing for the Mum on the Go. ;)

I really felt much more awake after spraying on closed eyelids. I use while wearing my contact lenses and there’s no irritation at all. I have very sensitive eyes and they usually always sting but I didn’t notice any reaction or sensitive eyes with Murine eye mist.

The Murine eye mist has become my favourite so quickly! I wear contact lenses and know that dry eye feeling really well. This fixes exactly that. Just one spray each on closed eyelids and I feel refreshed and awake. I also love how you can use it on makeup (I tried it on non waterproof make up and it didn’t budge) and take it anywhere. I am so pleased to have been selected to review the Murine Eye Mist! Why? Because it has been so good for my eyes which get dry and tired. It’s super easy to use, no need to worry about accidentally blinking while trying to put eye drops in, unlike traditional eye drops. I have been able to use this at home, at work and while out and about. I haven’t had to worry about using it while wearing makeup at work either - it works just fine and doesn’t streak or make anything run. I also wear contact lenses and the Murine Eye Mist was so refreshing to use while wearing them too.

I have always loved murine products. I am even more happy with this being preservative free. It makes me feel safer, which is important when dealing g with something as essential and delicate as your eyes. I wear contact lenses, and my eyes often become dry and irritated after about 7 hours of use,no matter the brand of lenses I'll use. I often carry around a lite bottle of eye drops but find it difficult having to use eye drops when out and about. To be able to spray over the eyelids is so much quicker and easier, AND you can't miss!!! Works well at keeping my eyes and lens moisturised. Would definitely use again

I suffer terribly with dry eyes, no matter what time of the year it is. But winter seems to be worse, I suppose that is because we have the fires and/or heaters going, which dry out the air. With a few simple sprays, it is amazing how moisture is regained within the eyes. Hayfever can also be terrible for drying eyes too, which I suffer terribly in spring. That lunchbox comparison table is handy to have. It helped me make a decision on which lunchbox to buy next for my daughter who is starting kindergarten. I ended up going with the BBOX and have found a cheaper lunch bag from a department store that it fits in.
I do not know if anyone else has picked up on this or not, but every bag mentioned in the table above is a ‘designer’ brand. There are plenty of more affordable options that aren’t over $40. I have never spent that much on a lunchbox – even from Smiggle. The cheaper brands last just as well too.
Getting ready for the return to school has started to kick in so this was a timely read. We have the yum box and i love it, it is so easy for my daughter to open and close on her own. I find the lunch cooler bags also a great idea however some days depending on what else needs to go to school, they can be quite bulky to include in the school bag. Lunch boxes have come such a long way since my eldest was a kid, he’s now 26! There’s really a solution to everything from food heating, cooling, dividers, pockets etc etc. Lunch boxes are a real fashion accessory and so on-trend these days. I personally love the Bento lunch boxes. They save on plastic and separate different foods.
I am such a huge fan of Bento lunch boxes and Bento. Food should be so many wonderful things; including delicious, fun, colourful and nutritious too. Lunch is a favourite meal because the body is ready for some more calories and a boost of energy. Food looks so good in Bento lunch boxes.
So so many fantastic options! We use the montii co ones for our kdis and swear by it. Its lasted 3 years so far and still standing strong, like new since the first day using it. They are so durable and i find cleaning them to be the easiest for us.
There are so many great lunch box option out there indeed ! I’ve always liked the Bento style lunch boxes for my kids. It reduces the use of plastic lunch bags and packaged food which aren’t very good for the environment and it encourages to present a good variety of foods (which is not only better nutrition wise but lao to prevent our kids from getting bored with same foods all the time.
There are some really fabulous options here. So many variations of colour, shape and size. I love the bento style lunch boxes, so handy to keep food separate and eliminate the use of plastic packaging. The machine washable bags are a great idea too. They can get grubby so fast, this would be so much easier to maintain
This has gotten much easier since my kids hit high school – they have strong opinions about their lunch boxes, so I don’t have to think about it so much anymore! However, I am strongly in favor of bento style boxes regardless of their age. They’re easy to clean, easy to pack, and invite appropriate sized portions.
Great article! Our kids are so lucky, when it comes to lunchboxes, they really are spoilt for choice. There are so many to pick from. Regarding sandwiches, my eldest son, used to hate sandwiches for school lunches. It wasn’t until many years later that I discovered that he’d throw out his sandwiches in the playground bins. My son’s an adult now and he still hates sandwiches. He only likes “hot” lunches. So glad he lives on his own now and can make his own “hot” lunches just the way he likes them.

Wow, lunch boxes have really come such a long way from when I was taking a lunch box to school. Feel old, like “back in my day”, but we were lucky to have options like are available now. While I like some of these designs, I feel like they aren’t super practical.
These lunchboxes are beautiful but are they really worth the expensive price tag? I have been through so many lunch boxes and bags over the years and found the best it to use an insulated lunchbox bag with ice brick and use small containers to keep individual items fresh and assessable.
I love the bbox lunch boxes. They are so reliable and tough when kids throw their bags around. Easy to wash and store. I have used the we can be tiny snackies at home too. The boys love choosing a certain animal shape. They wash well, are durable and great quality.
My kids are old enough now to pack their own lunches and I am so happy to see the great choices they are making. They take left over meals, cook food in the morning to take and now I am confident they aren’t throwing away sandwiches! I do have the chilly bags for them, I find they fit better into bags
My daughter uses a bento box now for work and sometimes an insulated bag in summer, but when she was at school it was a rectangular lunch box with no compartments. It was very easy to wash each day, just the box and lid, and it could still be filled with rolls/sandwiches and snacks.
Lunchboxes are so important these days. Back in my day it was a brown paper bag or the exact same lunch box that everyone else had and there were three compartments. Today its such a fashion statement and as much as the lunchbox itself is judged so are the contents.

As your eyes do not need to be open to use effectively you can very easily complete the task yourself which is by far the most innovative design ever invented for eye drops.
If I have been working on the computer or watching television and my eyes start to get dry and irritable, one spray on each eye leaves me feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed plus very much wide awake. It is reasonably priced and just the thing for the Mum on the Go. ;)
