I do find that the sizing is possible on the smaller side and I would have benefited from a size up maybe. Having said this it really is a great bra and I would like to buy another one – I would however try the next size up for comparison before purchasing. I have found the clips very easy to manage one handed and have not found that the clips have come undone (when I haven’t wanted them to) as is common in some maternity bras.

I have to admit I wasn’t really looking forward to trying this bra.
9 years of breastfeeding has taught me that these puppies need some serious support. Being a size 8 with heavy DD cup milk filled boobs has made maternity bra shopping a nightmare.
I’ve tried these types of seamless bras before and they just couldn’t deal with the weight of my milk filled boobs and caused them to sag, unsupported and make the straps dig into my shoulders.
When I first opened the New Beginnings bra my first thought was that it wasn’t going to fit! It looked small enough for a child. However it stretched and fit with ease without being uncomfortable or feeling tight.
First impressions I was very happy with the support and shape that it gave however expected that this would not last.
I am happy to admit that I was wrong in thinking that.

It fits so smoothly with nothing digging in. The side slings are well designed for support without placing pressure on any points which is very important as I’m prone to developing mastitis very easily in ill fitting bras.
The nursing clips are easy to operate single handedly and the cups pull up and down easily for feeds.
I would definitely recommend this bra for feeding mamas of all sizes to try. I myself will be looking to add more to my collection because comfort is so hard to find.

While breastfeeding my first child I quickly learnt that wearing a standard breastfeeding bra just didn’t work for me, One minute I’d be spilling out over the top, then after having the life suctioned out of them for 20 minutes the deflated balloons swam around inside the cups. This meant I lived solely in maternity sports bras which while comfy, also meant they were visible under 99% of my outfit choices and turned my chest into a rectangle. This leads me to being skeptical upon trialing this bra, I hastily chose a Medium in Beige thinking I wouldn’t wear it more than once but hey, I didn’t have a beige bra to store in my pile of unworn bras so why not? Fast forward to today and I can hand on my heart say I LOVE this bra! It literally molds to your boobs so it doesn’t matter whether you’re at Pamela Anderson or Diane Keaton throughout the day, you’re always supported. Although the bra isn’t necessarily “pretty”, it’s still quite feminine with its design and feel. The padded cups are removable and the bra still provides a nice, curved shape if they are taken out. The material is super comfortable and stretchy and allows for easy feeding without feeling the bulk of bra under the boob. It also washes well and bounces right back to shape (pity I can’t say the same about my boobs after breastfeeding) I am extremely impressed with this bra and will recommend to all future mummy’s!

Get in quick as the New Beginnings Everyday Maternity Bra in 30% off during their EOFY sale which is currently on. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding you will totally want and need this. Even though I really should have ordered the XL for my F cup boobies, the large was still comfortable, supportive and felt so good on, during the day and to sleep in. I removed the pads and still got a decent shape and lift. UGrow technology is truly amazing! The ease of access to feed and express was better than any maternity bra I have ever owned. It’s so important that during breastfeeding every new mum should have a supportive and comfortable bra and this bra from New Beginnings is just that.
It’s super comfortable, the material is soft on the skin. There is a bit of padding as well, in case you leak and your nursing pads don’t soak up all of the leaked milk.
The clips are convenient and easier to use and manoeuvre with one hand whilst the other hand and arm is holding and supporting the baby and it’s easy to clip back on once you are finished feeding.

these were my faves! Wore them from 12 weeks through til I stopped breastfeeding, so comfy! This is my absolute favourite maternity bra and sure to be breast feeding bra (after this baby is born I’m sure of it!) I love the fit and feel of this bra, it is so comfortable and has the perfect amount of support that you know your wearing a bra but also comfortable enough to sleep in without knowing your wearing a bra especially for after baby is born. This is my third pregnancy and my chest had increased two sizes already by 20weeks. I had started wearing my old maternity bras but when I came across this one I have literally thrown out the rest and bought 2 of these! I love that it fits like a crop top but goes on like a normal bra with the back enclosure.

A further couple weeks in after my first review, I am still finding I only have one free arm, the other arm is occupied carrying my precious bundle so this nursing bra is super easy to undo with the click function and I can feed with ease and click the bra back in place.
The fabric has stayed soft and comfortable throughout this entire time.

Upon opening the packet, I thought no way is this going to fit me. I followed the guide and ordered the M – in black. I’m a 14F and to my surprise, it totally fit. I love the wide band across the back. The material is super soft and the bra is super comfortable.
What I didn’t like was the padded insert. Every time I try and click my bra back on, the padding has moved and I have to fiddle and unfold it to get it back in the right position so I don’t have this awkward padded lump. Upon doing that numerous times a day, you have no idea how many time I pinched and scraped my nipple trying to get it right. Big ouch!
Maybe If the padding was permanent it would be a lot better. The cup just fit my busy too. I was pooping out when my breast were full.

I had such high hopes for this bra, but unfortunately it was too small and I’m not even sure the next size up would fit either 🙁 on the packaging I would be an L-XL I received a L but I think even the XL would be too small in the cup.
This bra fit sorta well after a feed, but as soon as my breasts starting filling up it became tight and I was spilling over the top.
I was really looking forward to wearing this bra as every bra I have is too small and the only one that fits is what I call a bed bra but I have to wear it all the time due to having no other option.
The material is super soft and it offers good support.
I think if the sizes were more generous for larger breasted women plus maybe a Flexi wire for added support I would definitely recommend!
I think this bra is suited for women who are sized under maybe a E cup as while the material does have a bit room to expand it doesn’t stretch too far

Dry, clean and comfy makes for a happy baby. And remembering that a baby’s skin is so very delicate, so it’s good to be picky about what you put on or near their skin. Enjoy your sweet babies!
All really good tips. I’m a big believer in not letting them sit in wet nappies for long. Even the most absorbent nappies are resting against their delicate skin and need changing. I’m also a big sudocrem fan. A thin layer applied to irritated skin does wonders. It’s natural for them to have nappy irritations but we can only do our best to avoid it
Really terrific advice. My daughter never had much in the way of nappy rash develop and I believe that because I did change her so frequently and we had a lot of nappy free time, especially in the warmer months of summer. Sure there is things to treat nappy rash but we all know prevention is best!
My first born had terrible nappy rash and ulcers from acid urine and none of the specialists prescription creams did anything. I finally used Petroleum Jelly and it cleared up his skin very quickly and kept future rashes at bay. It is cheap and easy to use and works the best of anything.

I had issues with my son pooping a lot as a newborn. Sometimes it can be really hard to keep the rash at bay if you have a child that is constantly doing that. There is some acidity in the excrement and that can cause burning before it’s even been against their skin for long. I used to use paw paw cream on him and that worked best as a barrier.
Nappy Rash can be so raw and painful and i always worried so much when our babies had a bout of it. I remember trying so many things but always found good old petroleum jelly used regularly would help in keeping it at bay. There are some great suggestions in the article.
I did find that not all nappy rash creams are as good as each other. After trialing many brands I settled on Sudocrem as the best for me and my baby. Changing nappies frequently and air time is also very important.
There are so many common sense tip in this article and they are tips that we followed. We kept everything as natural as possible on very soft and sensitive skin. We went with plenty of nappy free times and we were very fortunate to not encounter issues with nappy rash.

It can become more challenging when your child has diarrhea; in which case bare bum time becomes more complex and the skin more irritated in which the gentle washing with warm water, patting dry with a soft cotton flannel and good zinc cream is more important
Even though I agree that prevention is key, I also think it’s important to have a good barrier cream to hand to help at the first signs of trouble. There are lots of good brands, you can pick any really that suits your baby’s skin. But use it liberally when you need it!

Nappy rash is horrible and prevention is definately better than cure. This is a fantastic article with some great tips. Especially the changing of the nappy frequently. Unfortunately sometimes especially once they’re on solids and their poops get yucky a little nappy rash can be unavoidable in which case a small amount of sudocreme clears it up quickly.
We found that changing nappies frequently was key for us. And once the kids starting sleeping for long periods at night, we started using the really good quality nappies – Huggies, as it happens – while cheaper nappies were still okay for the day and frequent changes. Nappies do vary! .
This is a really great reminder that nappy rash can happen but there are some great tips to help try and avoid it. I use to do a lot of nappy free time with my daughter when we were home as she had sensitive skin and I layered the barrier cream on all the time, especially at night.
