I\’ve been buying Huggies nappies since having my first child 13.5 years ago. Over the years I\’ve seen them go through many changes not always for the better. However the current version of Huggies ultra dry nappies are putting them back up there as the best disposable nappies on the market.
They are soft straight out the pack with no overpowering scents.
They last all night without going saggy, stinky or leaking.
We\’ve had zero nappy rash or irritation from them and will happily continue to purchase them.

My daughter often has a very wet nappy from her long sleep overnight. The product held up to all of my expectations: they kept her dry all night, did not leak and did not leave uncomfortable lines on her skin.
The new Huggies nappies were much more absorbent than the previous box of Huggies I bought. Being drier means that there is no irritation for being in the nappy all night for her long sleep.

I am so impressed by the new and improved ultra dry huggies nappies.
They are the only nappies in Australia designed for both genders catoring for different absorbency needs. They honestly do provide up to 12 hours of leakage protection. I love the wetness indicator in each nappy. The little Disney design is super cute too. I absolutely recommend these nappies. We have been purchasing them ever since trialing them. Trialling and testing the Huggies Ultra Dry nappies have opened my eyes to the new quality that Huggies is producing in their range, making happy parents and happy bums. I am very impressed with the design and how they don’t leak! Well done Huggies! During the trial my Daughter did experience some nappy rash, so maybe including a nappy cream or balm with the product would be a improvement.

We have mixed reviews about this due to some over soaks. There were a couple of nights that we were woken by complete soak through. I love the brand and have mainly good thoughts about this type of nappy. They were good for my child’s sensitive skin though otherwise too.

Using huggies nappies for all three children. I find them the best and they don’t leave a weird smell like some other brands I have been given to try. They sick away from the skin so my littles don’t end up with nappy rash and I have minimal leaks.

I found that the new huggies nappies were slightly softer and stretched better, which is great for my baby, since we are currently in between of the 2 sizes and with better stretch the nappy isn’t too tight.
The new nappy also has great protection both during the day and most importantly overnight, so i can be sure that we don’t have any accidents.

Now review is going to be too much information but in the world of mum talk I think we’re all used to it! My use of the huggies nappies for this review happened to coincide with my little one getting what I thought was gastro but was actually salmonella poisoning! As you can imagine there was a lot of poop and we never had a single leak! They were quite absorbent and while she did get some nappy rash, I’m positive it would have been a whole lot worse in less superior nappies!

This nappy exceeded my expectations ! It’s lovely and thin, yet very absorbent. The straps are super stretchy and don’t break like with other brands. It has a beautiful fit and cute design. My girl is 6yrs old and has Down Syndrome and wears the largest size, I hope they’re going to produce an even larger size for the years to come !

The packaging of this product was very bright and made it easy to find on the shelf ,when I took them out of the packet they felt nice and soft in my hand not scratchy and hard ,the colour of the actual nappies is ok I would prefer something brighter or a better pattern but they were still nice ,the nappies themselves worked well for daytime and night with no leakage and no skin reactions , I would definitely buy them again

Like most busy mums, I rarely gave our home internet any thought – until the complaints started. With two teenagers heading into their most important school years, me working from home and the whole family streaming and gaming more than ever, this year it became obvious our setup wasn’t keeping up with the pace of our family’s needs.
We recently upgraded to nbn® Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), and having access to lightning-fast speed options and a more reliable home connection has already made a huge difference. It made me realise how easy it is to sign up for a plan, forget about it, and not notice when it stops meeting the needs of the household – even though checking your current plan speeds, and whether you’re eligible for a fibre upgrade, is easy.
You might have heard the news – last September, nbn rolled out one of the biggest upgrades in its history. nbn accelerated wholesale speed on its HFC and FTTP networks, which nbn providers are now offering. Eligible households are enjoying smoother streaming, less lag while gaming, and quicker downloads, even across many devices at once.
So, what can you do to turn the complaints into internet that keeps up with your whole family?
First Thing’s First – Check Your Plan

If your household has multiple bedrooms, devices and people online at the same time, it’s worth checking if your current plan is up to speed – literally! Make the most of your plan speeds
Your internet plan is only one piece of the puzzle. A great nbn experience starts with the right internet setup. It’s important to check if your in-home setup is helping you make the most of your plan speeds.
I’m the first to admit that our home setup hadn’t kept up with the growing number of connected devices in our house. And it’s a common story – 62% of Australians haven’t changed their internet setup in the last two years*. And that’s despite the average Aussie home downloading eight times more data than a decade ago.
Here are three tips that helped me improve our home setup:
Wi-Fi router placement – Placing your Wi-Fi router in a central, elevated spot that’s open and uncluttered gives better coverage than if it’s tucked away in a cupboard or behind furniture.
Wi-Fi router age – If your Wi-Fi router is more than 5 years old, you may want to consider if it’s still suitable for your family’s needs. Your choice of Wi-Fi router, and how you set it up in your home, could limit you from accessing the maximum speed offered by your plan.
Wi-Fi coverage – Distance from your Wi-Fi router, and obstacles between you, will impact the strength of signal around your home. If you live in a larger or multi-storey home, you might want to consider additional wired connection points, or a mesh network to help strengthen your Wi-Fi signal throughout your home as your family members move around the house.

Why Do Faster Internet Speeds Matter?
For my family, it’s all about advancing along with the pace of the world – and keeping the peace! Ahhh I remember when we had dial up as a kid and if someone wanted to make a phone call you would get kicked off. Those were the days! We don’t seem to have any issues with our plan. We have NBN to our premises and now my daughter has her laptop and we all have Googles in all the main areas, plus streaming on the TV. Our internet has never missed a beat!
I do think that companies deliberately make it quite hard to compare and understand plans as a way of discouraging you from changing. But it should probably be one of those things you check up on every year or two – whether you’re on the right plan for you and your situation.
Lots of great advice here truely. The plan is only the half of it and its then looking at your router, how much it can handle with so many devices connected at once. Its something i definitely should be upgrading but i just know its going to be such a pain to change everything over
I remember my husband talking about this upgrade recently and said that we can’t get FTTP in our area. We have Fibre to the Node, which is not as good, but still okay for our household.
Fibre To The Premises is definitely the way to go. We wanted to get it in our last rental, as our internet provider was offering a better value plan with free upgrades, but it would have meant needing to do work in the walls. Hopefully closing on our home shortly and it’ll be one of the first things I organise
One of the rare families without WiFi?! I do work from home, but only one day a week, so hot spot from my phone! My little man isn’t in primary school yet, so appreciate I’ll need it down the track no doubt! But want to put it off for a long as possible.
