I am preparing to go on a touring holiday so that means my hair has to be healthy but most importantly for me GREY FREE. This time I decided to go rich auburn. I have noticed lately that my greys turn into a nice lighter highlight shade. This product is brilliant and SUCH a time saver! With two young kids in two being able to use something so simple and such a time saver is fabulous. I have been grey since I was 17 so colouring has been part of my life for over 20 years. Well this weekend I decided to try something different. I purchased two complete different colours..mixed 1/2 of each in different containers and applied in a streaking technique..one section golden blonde the other a cherry red. Wow what an effect ..I am lovin this look.
Once again this Nice ‘N’ Easy Root Touch up was easy and drip free and and after a rinse and dry, my hair shone with multi facet high lights. I do have to say though this Root Touch Up is as pricey as normal hair dry and probably given a deal of thought, I would say, it should maybe be a little less pricey..but as I have short hair I never mix up or use the whole box in one go.
This product does touch up your greys and provides a lovely luscious shine.

Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up provides simple step by step instructions and is very easy to use. Is does only take 10 minutes, however you still need to rinse your hair, although a shampoo is not required.
Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up was easy to match up with my existing colour and I was very happy with the results, a near seamless blend, that was shiny and bright.
The only downfall of Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up is that it costs just about the same of a full bottle of colour. I can buy a full bottle, use half and keep the other half for next time.

Great idea. But I have gone back to doing my roots with half a bottle of the normal nice and easy colour.
I just found value for money and better results using the larger box and in between times prefer to use a hair crayon that’s really fast and super easy.
The 10 mins sounds great but un reality you’ll probably leave it in for longer and you still have to wash your hair anyway.

The nice n easy touch up is so super easy to use – and so quick! I get my hair coloured every 6-8 weeks in a salon and find the convenience of using nice n easy touch up in the middle (to cover the greys) is great! It is super easy to use, doesn’t take very long at all to pop on and is easy to wash out. Before you know it, you’re on your way out with a freshened up colour!

I did this root touch up for a friend to make her salon colour last longer and it was so easy we did it while the children watched a movie and it was quick we put it on was so easy to do and then a coffee and then time to wash out was amazing colour and coverage for her colour.

Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up is a very simple hair colour to use. It blended nicely with the colour that was already in my hair. My hair looked rich and vibrant and much better for using Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up. In saying this however, I think I’ll stick to the brand I use, as Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up only provide one application, where’s the product I use now, I only use half each time, getting two applications per purchase.

Actually gave my whole head a colour a few weeks back, so now it’s time for a touch up. This time I decided to go with auburn highlights. With a base hazelnut colour the auburn just added a lovely coppery glow. Once again this product applied very well with the applicator brush and I love the fact that Root Touch-Up does not drip. Also I love the fact that if you have only minimal grey hairs or you just want to lightly highlight your hair, it is possible to only mix up 1/2 the product and use the other 1/2 at a later date.

I purchased Nice ‘N Easy Root Touch-Up and while it is easy to use, gives rich, vibrant colour to your hair and is a good match if you previously coloured your hair with Nice ‘N Easy range, I did not feel it was value for money. It costs similar to a full hair dye Nice ‘N Easy permanent colour and I just halve this and mix it up in a plastic hairdressers bowl and apply it with a brush and I get two applications out of the one packet. Great idea but the cost has to come way down!

i used this product and it was pretty easy to use. when you get to the back of your head though, you will need a mirror or a friend to help you apply the colour efficiently! i wish that the applicator brush was a little bit bigger but overall i would say that this was a great product. i like the nice’n easy brand and have used them for a few years although i do try others every now and then, i do keep coming back to this brand

That lunchbox comparison table is handy to have. It helped me make a decision on which lunchbox to buy next for my daughter who is starting kindergarten. I needed to upgrade her lunchbox but wasn’t sure which way to go. The table helped me with my decision. I ended up going with the BBOX and have found a cheaper lunch bag from a department store that it fits in.
I do not know if anyone else has picked up on this or not, but every bag mentioned in the table above is a ‘designer’ brand. There are plenty of more affordable options that aren’t over $40. I have never spent that much on a lunchbox – even from Smiggle. The cheaper brands last just as well too.
Getting ready for the return to school has started to kick in so this was a timely read. We have the yum box and i love it, it is so easy for my daughter to open and close on her own. I find the lunch cooler bags also a great idea however some days depending on what else needs to go to school, they can be quite bulky to include in the school bag. I need to do some more research this year as i like the idea of being able to watch it in the washing machine, that is a clever idea.

Lunch boxes have come such a long way since my eldest was a kid, he’s now 26! There’s really a solution to everything from food heating, cooling, dividers, pockets etc etc. Lunch boxes are a real fashion accessory and so on-trend these days. I personally love the Bento lunch boxes. They save on plastic and separate different foods.
I am such a huge fan of Bento lunch boxes and Bento. Food should be so many wonderful things; including delicious, fun, colourful and nutritious too. Lunch is a favourite meal because the body is ready for some more calories and a boost of energy. Food looks so good in Bento lunch boxes.
So so many fantastic options! We use the montii co ones for our kdis and swear by it. Its lasted 3 years so far and still standing strong, like new since the first day using it. They are so durable and i find cleaning them to be the easiest for us.
There are so many great lunch box option out there indeed ! I’ve always liked the Bento style lunch boxes for my kids. It reduces the use of plastic lunch bags and packaged food which aren’t very good for the environment and it encourages to present a good variety of foods (which is not only better nutrition wise but lao to prevent our kids from getting bored with same foods all the time.
There are some really fabulous options here. So many variations of colour, shape and size. I love the bento style lunch boxes, so handy to keep food separate and eliminate the use of plastic packaging. The machine washable bags are a great idea too. They can get grubby so fast, this would be so much easier to maintain
This has gotten much easier since my kids hit high school – they have strong opinions about their lunch boxes, so I don’t have to think about it so much anymore! However, I am strongly in favor of bento style boxes regardless of their age. They’re easy to clean, easy to pack, and invite appropriate sized portions.
Great article! Our kids are so lucky, when it comes to lunchboxes, they really are spoilt for choice. There are so many to pick from. Regarding sandwiches, my eldest son, used to hate sandwiches for school lunches. It wasn’t until many years later that I discovered that he’d throw out his sandwiches in the playground bins. My son’s an adult now and he still hates sandwiches. He only likes “hot” lunches. So glad he lives on his own now and can make his own “hot” lunches just the way he likes them.

Wow, lunch boxes have really come such a long way from when I was taking a lunch box to school. Feel old, like “back in my day”, but we were lucky to have options like are available now. While I like some of these designs, I feel like they aren’t super practical.
These lunchboxes are beautiful but are they really worth the expensive price tag? I have been through so many lunch boxes and bags over the years and found the best it to use an insulated lunchbox bag with ice brick and use small containers to keep individual items fresh and assessable.
I love the bbox lunch boxes. They are so reliable and tough when kids throw their bags around. Easy to wash and store. I have used the we can be tiny snackies at home too. The boys love choosing a certain animal shape. They wash well, are durable and great quality.
My kids are old enough now to pack their own lunches and I am so happy to see the great choices they are making. They take left over meals, cook food in the morning to take and now I am confident they aren’t throwing away sandwiches! I do have the chilly bags for them, I find they fit better into bags
My daughter uses a bento box now for work and sometimes an insulated bag in summer, but when she was at school it was a rectangular lunch box with no compartments. It was very easy to wash each day, just the box and lid, and it could still be filled with rolls/sandwiches and snacks.
Lunchboxes are so important these days. Back in my day it was a brown paper bag or the exact same lunch box that everyone else had and there were three compartments. Today its such a fashion statement and as much as the lunchbox itself is judged so are the contents.
