  • Kitchen Stable

    I’ve found this not only does a excellent job at cleaning my dishes but it also doesn’t become smelly after time like previous ones have. It’s fast drying between uses and I’ve even put it through the washing machine for a quick wash and it hasn’t damaged the sponge at all.

    I tried this sponge out on my pots and pans after dinner. I had tried my normal sponge scourer and when it just wasn’t doing the job I gave the oats sponge scourer a go and it was super easy. It got the baked on grease off the pans and left no scratches.

    I totally loved these sponges. They don’t fall apart after a use or two , like many other brands. These heavy Duty Sponges really clean pots and pans and bring them back to the shine of new. Great

  • Anti-bacterial sponge scours make washing up a Little Less stubborn

    Oates anti bacterial sponge scour are a great effective must have for every kitchen. The scouring pad on the back of the sponge makes cleaning that stubborn food off the pots and dishes a breeze without the damage of scratches. They are not so abrasive and scrubs gently but effectively. Also great for the kitchen benches, oven and bathroom. Makes the washing up and removing soap scum from bathrooms so much easier and shinier. Although my sponge scour pack of 3 did have one pad with manufacturing defect (some of green scour pad missing) but still didn’t effect the cleaning lol

  • A quality classic

    The yellow sponge and green scourer are a staple in most households and Ive had my fair share of them. These are great quality and last more than a few uses while retaining their shape and scouring ability. Fantastic for a wide range of jobs around the home and got my roasting dishes looking great again while minimal effort.

  • YES to Oates Anti-Bacterial Sponge Scourer

    The Oates Anti-Bacterial Sponge Scourer is heaven sent. It has anti-bacterial properties so it’s very safe to use on my bub’s plates, cups and utensils. The scourer side is quite tough on removing stubborn, dry grimes on my dishes and pans while the sponge side is very absorbent especially when I’m cleaning the kitchen sink, dining table, stove top.

    Oates scourer sponges are thicker, clean well, and don’t look worn or disintegrate as readily as other brands. And not much more than the cheaper priced brands. A good versatile product that will reliably clean dirty dishes and pots and also for wiping down surfaces with the added benefit of bacterial resistance.

    I love how easy is to use. Sponge is soft and scrucher a little harder to bigger jobs. Makes dish washing easier and quicker. I am cutting them in half as they are to big for me and then they are more flexible and easy to use with cups or mugs. Highly recommend

  • Clean smelling when opened!

    I love these sponges. I have been using the for months and wont be going back. They have a clean, sterile smell to them when the pack is opened which is satisfying. They are also strong and last really well. I find a lot of scourers wear away quickly and start peeling and deteriorating in the water. These haven’t done that before thet have reached bin time!

    Love this scourer sponge! Such a versatile all-rounder!. Once the grout brush has gone over it’s designated lines the scourer sponge comes in on the action and wipes away the dirt and grime swiftly. Any support patches of food and grease and it is quickly delt with by flipping the sponge over to use the soft scourer, perfect for the stainless steel sink tops also, no scratches left behind

  • A great sponge that works well

    The Oates Heavy Duty Scour’n’sponge is great for getting rid of tough stains on most surfaces. Long lasting, antibacterial, and so easy to use. However I didn’t test on my saucepans and frypans incase the scour scratched them. I usually buy non-scratch scours for this job.

  • Lasts an amazingly long time

    I’ve never had sponges that have lasted as long as these Oates sponge scourers. We use them every day and they are still full, spongey and close to their original colour. Usually, they go flat, brown and smelly, but these are almost like new. I’m guessing a lot of that has to do with the anti-bacterial properties. Will buy again and would recommend to others.

    Its a good product – however, I am unable to use it for the kitchen as its not scratch proof.
    That’s the only downside. If Oates makes one that is scratch proof – Yippee!
    Used it for cleaning the bathrooms and yes, it a good product!

I normally purchase homebrand scrourers due to price however this product really stands out from its cheaper counterparts. Does the job it’s designed for with ease and wsshes up well sfter use.     by far the best sponges I’ve used supertuff on all the food baked on and soft enough not to leave scratches and even better that they are antibacterial I also have one in the bathroom to use in there I won’t use any other product anymore only these from now on these are 100% recommended by my family and definitely worth a go

    I had a few non stick pans that were getting a bit old, but still worked. There was some baked on bits that just wouldn’t come off with our other sponge or brush but this sponge got it off and they look almost new now

  • The warmer weather tends to make alcohol go to my head faster – I’m not a big drinker, but just for that reason I’d seriously consider a low alcohol wine. The Pinot Grigio particularly sound as if I might enjoy it. I might well buy a bottle or two for Christmas.

  • Chapel Hill Wines do have quite a good reputation. I like the fact that it is low alcohol content. Personally, I like a very sweet wine but many would like these as they are not so sweet. I wish them well with sales and think it’s good they are doing something about lowering alcohol level.

  • I just asked the forum for recommendations on zero alcohol, but this is an attractive option as well! I do enjoy a Rose, so will try this one after all the positive reviews. It’s a shame they don’t have a sparkling in their collection yet! Would have been prefect for all the celebrating at this time of year.

  • I dislike rose, but the pinot grigio sounds like it might suit me. To be honest, the alcohol content doesn’t bother me all that much – I rarely drink more than a glass or two anyway – but it would probably be nice from a general health point of view to know I’m consuming less alcohol.

  • It was the first time for me hearing about the chapel hill brand. And i still recall when i picked up the Pinot Grigio from my local, the staff there actually stopped me and said i picked a winner! She said that it was probably the best Pinot they had available to sell.

  • I’ve heard a lot of good things about Chapel Hill wines and the reviews are always good. I like that they have low alcohol range as I like to have a few glasses when I finally get to have one. Not being too sweet is a bonus that suits me well.

  • The idea of having a lower alcohol content wine without compromising taste is really exciting. There’s nothing worse than feeling “under the weather” from the effects of alcohol. This lovely wine ticks all the boxes, lower alcohol and a refreshing flavour. I’m keen to get the Pinot Grigio in my cart and into my fridge!

  • This wine sounds delightful and really refreshing to enjoy on a summer afternoon. I love that it tastes fresh and crisp and still has the same punch as other wine. It sounds like an absolute delight. I will have to give it a try next time i am at the bottle shop looking for some wine.
