Sometimes the person doesn’t even realise what they are doing. You need to speak with them so that they are aware of the impact they are having and have an opportunity to change. If not, then other strategies need to be used.

Good on you for taking a stand. That took guts!

Good thing you said something some people just dont realise when training others that they are learning things they want to be shown in a manner they can learn from. Not to be spoken to in a bad way. It sounds like this person should not be training peple at all.

  Thank you. She is an expert in the field and likes everyone to know. I think she likes to feel seperior. I agree that she should not be trading. She certainly knocked my confidence down

I have supervised bullies, and my gosh he was hard to stop.

I have been bullied as an adult and it is dreadful. It contributed to me being hospitalised with a breakdown. It is horrible but I am now much stronger to defend myself. It is absolutely appalling and I do not understand the people that do it..

  How awful for you ELLENG89. Glad you are ok now. x I am with you and just do not get it. Everyone has to step up when they see it happening as it is the only way to stop it; bullies have to be confronted at look at their behaviour.

Good for you! I often believe adults that bully may have been bullied themselves as children. There is no place for it in a grown up world & it really needs to be addressed earlier at school age to stop it happening.

I agree; bullying can occur at any age. Good on you for standing up to this kind of bullying. It is very sad and I do not understand bullying.
