some kids dont lik school they hate it

I am a mum of a daughter with ASD/ADHD I feel your anxiety DAILY. I think you are doing amazingly. and the right thing. Social is such a HUGE part of special needs and this will do him wonders. The meltdowns wont be forever. Must of been such a horrible site to see sweet. Once he gets his bearings, routine and the place aint to unfamilar, it should all settle… hang in there.. My daughter hates change too. I am giving you all my power, and support to you… you can do this and he will too! <3 GOODLUCK

I’m so sorry that your going through this 🙁 i hope your sons return to school was a smooth transition.

My 14yr old daughter also hates school and going through many struggles with her at the moment it’s really hard and wish you all luck to get through this. I’m going through so many suspensions with my daughter and I also don’t know what else to do. I’ve been supported through many organisation’s but she just refuses to get the help and support she needs.

My eldest son is also Special Needs and he hated Primary but now really likes High School. I had to change High Schools after 1 year but he’s never been happier in the second High School- good luck.
