I usually have amazing self control, but lately, I’ve been emotional eating and it’s driving me crazy.
I know eating the junk food is bad, I know I am eating too much of it. I have lost so much weight and come so far in my life, making healthy changes, it’s embarrassing and shameful that I just throw out my hard work for the day, on some tasteless, disgusting food!

  • I am doing exactly that right at this point in time. If I have junk food in the fridge or cupboard, I’ll eat it, and I won’t stop til it’s gone. Then I just feel disgusted with myself. Sometimes I purge and feel even worse. It’s a merrygoround


  • It’s hard! It’s just too easy to eat junk food these days!


  • Be strong, tomorrow is a new day and you can get through it.

  • lol cheer up! i have been eating a little poorly lately but i blame it on the weather! Lol


  • Shame is not a productive feeling as it just causes more negative feelings. Maybe get some support with this if you are feeling overwhelmed. There are support groups that can help with these issues. Good Luck to you.


  • It happens to everyone. At least you are aware of the problem. That’s the first step to become better.


  • Knowing you have a problem is an important step in fixing it.


  • I think you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself. We all fall off the bandwagon sometimes and that is ok. What is important is that you recognise that you have fallen off and can turn that around easily. Good luck on your journey
