Thank you for sharing . It is so easy for get depressed and anxious especially when we have so much pressure in our lives. It can hit anyone suddenly with no discrimination .Teenage years were the hardest for us and I think books like these would benefit the kids now and wished we had them growing up . I like browsing at bookstores , so might go in for a peek …
