I love doing my daily exercise! If I don’t do it I find I turn into a terrible cranky monster! Exercising daily makes me so much better, I find if I’ve got a problem, I’ll ponder this over physical activity and usually find an answer. Exercising is a big part of my life.

  • Good on you! Reminds me l have been slack in the last 2 weeks,time to do something about it!


  • I got right into exercise and would feel this exact same way when I missed out on exercising. I’ve cut back now due to injury but still have daily walks

  • I have a friend who is like this! I ask if she needs to go for a walk when she gets a little cranky….and she does and she needs and feels so much better after her walk.
