Oh my oh my! How my calves are hurting! I just did my first work out in oh so long and boy am I feeling! I’ve just joined an exercise group and I must admit, I did enjoy it! It did however, bring home how unfit I’m actually am! Things I thought would be easy had me gasping, panting and hurting (in a good way). Bring on the next class in a couple of days, I’m sure my legs will be ready!
