I haven’t heard of this movie but am looking at going out with a friend for some child-free time. Maybe we’ll look into this!

The French version of the same film is a much sadder rendition. She was apparently taken advantage of financially and in the end inly her husband was there for her. Hollywood provides the more “inspiring” and “humorous” version.

  Well, in her own way I think she was! She enjoyed singing very much. What a pity for the spectators’ ears that she wasn’t that good!

This woman reminds me of me! I love to sing in the shower, I just don’t presume to be good enough to go professional. Lord help you all if I ever did
