Casegirl what you are describing was exactly what happened to me, only I kept trying for would you believe 5 months total. And guess what? It never happened. I had three lactation consultants helping me, the midwives in my hospital were brilliant, but it didn’t matter. It wasn’t meant to be. If your gut was telling you it wasn’t going to work, then I think it never would have no matter what you did, and you probably saved yourself and your baby a lot of stress by having the sense to pull the pin before I did! Its great to hear you’re happy with your decision and that your bub is thriving too
