Good Day- Bad Day. - Real Mum story on MoM

Have you ever had a day that is mixed? By that I mean good and bad things happen. First let us start with the good feature. I went down the street in the pouring rain but the great thing about this is the rain washed all the dust off my car so when I came home I wiped it with a chamois and dried it . My car looks great! Now the bad thing that happened. I emptied my letter box when I came home. Hubby came home many hours later with a heap of mail that had been stuffed into out letter box and most of it was badly damaged! Do you have a postie that jams mail into your letterbox? I sincerely hope not. My day can only get better after this!

Yes, life is full of good and bad – I can so relate! With regard to ‘letter box’ issues – I’m just so happy when I don’t get a bill!

One of the worst ones is when the little dedicated cyclimdrical thing below your mailbox has become full of advertising/junkmail, whilst you are out or at work, and then you come home to more they have attempted to stick in the narrow hole of your letterbox,
Often as you say in winter, sopping wet.

Yep pretty sure we all have those days. Well I can see I’m not alone with the way the standard mail post often bends and often rips my larger items of mail! Really frustrating when a lovely card or item you have been waiting on arrives in tatters.
