Happy new year everyone i hope your all entering the new year with good health and vitality in this house hold we are getting ready for a very happy first birthday and i am going to lose this weight i have put on again who else is on a new lifestyle choice this year i am also quitting smoking been 2 days so far and its a little bit hard i must say but i will get there so glad i didnt drink last night i think it would of ruined all my hard work not that i could of really anyway as i have all the kids here lol but at least i didnt wake up with a hang over did anyone else?
