ok so im writing a little story about motivation and how if i can do it anyone out there can do it ive been battling bulging discs and arthritis in my back now for years and about 2.5 years ago i havd a car accident that just set if off and made it worse now after extensive therapy on my shoulder and back i went into lazy mode due to the pain im not a small girl so i started to panic about my weight and not having any motivation at all i didnt exercise at all xmas time i started doing boot camp panicking about pain and suffering i got in there and did it anyway ive been doing it one day a week for months now and just loving it i walk my kids to and from school which is a added bonus too my daily routine of exercise and im now starting to feel stronger and fitter now if i can do it ANYONE can do it my mind set is even there to now im loving getting fitter and im starting to see a difference in my body heres to a very healthy 2013
