i didnt ever think about the weight lose after having a baby, with breastfeeding i naturally thought that it wouldnt be so much of an issue! I did start the ashy bines diet early on and was really dedicated and lost 5 kilos in the first 2 weeks, I was so happy and proud of myself until the bubs weight showed that she was losing weight and it was because of my dieting, it was making my milk supply suffer, so I went back to eating how i used to, this then made me put on the 5 kilos i lost and an extra 2 on top of that, it is really depressing to not fit in any of my clothes and not being able to buy any as my paid maternity leave has ran out. I have found a diet that may work, the “lose baby weight” diet. the food doesnt seem disgusting or boring and there is alot of variety and.. is made specifically for breast feeding mums trying to lose weight steadily, i will be trying this diet when I can get some money together and hope to lose some weigh safely as 7 months on i am still proudly breastfeeding! :)
