I had to laugh at the innocence of children when my two youngest were greeted by their grandmother with 2 icreams. As we were ready for lunch, I put them into the freezer to have after they had eaten. Some time later, my oldest had completed his lunch and asked if he could have his ice-cream. I retrieved it for him and sent him outside to have it so that he didn’t disrupt his sisters lunch. Some time went by before my daughter wanted her ice-cream so I went to get it for her and was followed closely by big brother…….i promptly said to him…..this is your sisters, You have had yours….His quick reply with innocence in his eyes was….No I ate hers before so this ones mine!!! Go figure….I could see his logic however flawless!!
