You could take a special lunch to her. Something really indulgent that you know she loves and stay to share it with her. Often our time is the greatest gift.
Flowering indoor plants.
Books.
Perhaps if she likes crafts a long stich kit.

Something to snuggle up with as it sounds like she likes to be cosy; how about a special warm blanket with her name or something special embroidered on the blanket.

Have you tried looking on Pinterest and the craft section of MoM as there are a heap of great ideas. We always make things for mum so get a basket and fill with baked goods from the kitchen. one year I did get her a magazine subscription which she loved if you aren’t into making stuff.

Flowers or perfume maybe.

If she’s housebound and feeling the cold, a heated blanket. I have one and love it.

If she likes reading, how about a pretty but warm bedjacket so she can read in bed during this coming cold winter?
