My sister is slowly sending me crazy

My sister is driving me crazy so much so I have had to change my mobile number twice now. If I dont talk to her every day she will start sending me random stuff like she will sign me up for a 43k run walk and just the other day it was religious stuff. I am getting so sick of it and dont know really what to do,
