Some work colleagues of mine went to it. I was told about it afterwards, that If you were hit at close range it hit you pretty hard and yes you got some big bruises. A few staff were struggling around stiff and sore for a few days. I’m glad I had family obligations with an eldery parent that weekend and couldn’t go, especially as I bruise easily. If it’s cool weather you can wear parka type tops and pants under the overalls they give you to wear.

I understand it’s a fairly tough sport.

Have bought some padded tops! 😉

I know people who have done it. There is pain and bruises and mess…..but still lots of fun. Just try to not get hit 🙂
