My daughter surprised everyone and was toilet trained at 18 months, she was definitely ready, it helps also to allow them to see you on the toilet. They are more comfortable knowing that its something you do. My son is 16 months, doesn’t walk yet, he is nowhere near ready for potty training, have a feeling he will be a late one!

Good on you, being comfortable with the potty is the first big step.

Yes, this is a good idea. When it comes time to potty train, just go cold turkey and don’t put her in training pants as these confuse them. Pick about 3 days you can be home for most of the time, keep the potty in arms reach and avoid c carpeted areas of possible. Leave knickers and pants off so she doesn’t have to struggle with them. You’ll find within about 2 days she’ll be trained and there will be few accidents. Good luck!
