Quality Family Time, Time well spent!

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, balancing work, school, family sometimes I think we all forget to take time to enjoy family time any more. Not just a few moments inbetween rushing to work or a sporting commitment or a child’s sleepover. Shopping for groceries whilst referring three boys as if they were in a wwe championship.
As a child quality family time was what weekends were all about, fishing, camping trips to the local tip hunting for lost treasures! So last weekend my family went for a trip to the local Bird and Animal park for lunch feeding the animals and to just enjoy each others company and it was truely the best day we’ve shared in awhile, Time flies right before our eyes you blink and you’ve missed time. Soon my boys will leave to begin their own journeys by house will be silent with precious memories of times gone by so I’m not wasting a single moment creating quality family memories with those I hold most dear?

I try and slow down time as best I can. We eat together as often as possible and try to have a family activity once a week.

time does fly, and its always great to schedule in a bit of family time, it does too easily get lost

Couldn’t agree more! Our kids do grow so quickly, Spending time with them, teaching them , enjoying them is what its all about. Its what happy memories are made of.

You are so true, we are way too busy with our work and the kids extra activities and school, that we forget just to go and have FUN…they are only with us for a short time (for some they may stay home forever), very sad…
