Hello!

about 7 and a half years ago my brother Andrew brought down his puppy that he just brought with his shopping money. she was a heeler cross silky terrier. my brother named her Bella.

after a week my brother realised he didn’t have time for her so he asked my mum if she wanted her, my mum said yes, soon as we got Bella, Bella took a liking to me and she become my dog.

I loved her so much and she loved me back, If I ever went out she would wait by the front door or stare at the window into I came home.

One time I was in hospital for about a week and Bella stay at that front door only leaving to go the toilet, so my parents had to put her food, water and a bed there.

Sadly last july bella had to be taken to the vet she was looking really sad and looked abit sick.

when we got there they said she had a fast heart beat, high temp and a very sore tummy.

they told me it could be pyometra and they will need to get some x-rays.

when they got the results back they told me it was Pyometra and that it was bad, they said she can have a op to fix it but they said she may not make it though, and it would cost me and my partner $2000 or more for it.

I was heart broken because I knew we couldn’t afford it but we couldn’t keep her in all that pain so I had to do what was best for her and it broke me up inside.

she was the best dog anyone could ask for ill always remember her and when i have a baby and its a girl i will put Isabella for her middle name

R.I.P Bella <3

  • I’m sorry you lost your beautiful bella. I have a lovely dog too and dread the day we lose him. He has been so much a part of the family that we call him the little brother sometimes. My husband calls him son. Its all in good fun, but we really love him and he has won our hearts. You’ll always remember your lovely dog.
