Story SACE Research Project

I was wondering how other families are going with the research project which is compulsory for SACE students. It is a big undertaking and a lot of work for a subject you have to pass yet probably not use it in your ATAR. We are finding it is consuming a lot of time and making it quite stressful for our child come the deadline times. Friends at school are having the same problems but I wondered if there was any advice from someone who has gone through this?

  • Been there done that .. It was one of the most stressful times for my son last year as well as me .. It was like the teachers had no clue as to what was a aloud to be submitted and what wasn’t .. Waste of time if you ask me

  • What does SACE stand for – it may help with an answer? Thanks

    • South Australian Certificate of Education. It is what all year 12’s do unless their school offers IB. VCE in Victoria, HSC in NSW etc. Don’t know why they just don’t have one certificate for everyone in Australia but thats another issue!!

      • not in the right state to know anything about that test. only cracking into primary school right now lol.
