Starting the Christmas shopping early

People think I’m crazy when I tell them I start my Christmas shopping in January. But I tell you what it allows me to spread my Christmas costs throughout the year. It also helps me to avoid the mad rush of trying to find the most popular toy available at Christmas time. I shop around, compare prices, look at value for money and try to make good purchasing decisions. It makes the stress of Christmas a lot easier on me and the family.

I shop early too. It also gives you more head space to be creative.

I love to be at the shops at Christmas time for the feel and the energy of the festive period. Love the lights and the decorations and all of the fun!

I like to shop throughout the year and close to Christmas for items that are only released at that time.

I like to start in January too. What I love is that come nearly Christmas time, I get the presents out to wrap etc, and find I’ve forgotten half of what I bought….so it’s a nice surprise for me
