I am needing advice or tips to help keep my motivation levels up. I start a diet, with motivation levels high, the exercising is fun and the weight loss, although slow, happens. Then after I start to see results i justify to myself that i deserve a treat. This treat suddenly starts me on the downhill to going straight back to where i was before i started. Half of me is telling myself to get back into it and the other half just talks myself out of it. how do people keep going?
