Surprise events can happen unexpectably................

We had a nice christmas together quiet and relaxing. This year we shared it with our new dog Marley 10 month old labrador his first christmas with us. All was going well checking on the meat cooking I found marley in the kitchen chewing on a empty plastic bag. Thinking where did he find this, labs are always chewing on something. Sitting down enjoying our meal as usual I always forget something. I said “oh I forgot to warm up the dinner rolls”. Never mind the family said it doesn’t matter. Later doing the dishes I couldn’t find the rolls on the bench and thought I am sure I put them there and questioned myself. Thinking about it I realised our pooch had jumped up and pulled the rolls off the bench and hence was why he was chewing on an empty plastic bag. 4 dinner rolls consumed and a innocent looking pooch with a very fat stomach. I think he enjoyed his first christmas !

I bet he had a serious case of wind for his troubles…..At least it was only bread, it would of been so much worse if he had found the Meat!

I remember hearing a thud in the kitchen, and finding our 15 weeks old kitten dragging a half kilo meat loaf he had pinched from the bench! Cheeky buggers aren’t they!
