My kids said Nan first. My grandson also said bye as his first word

It’s so magical when they start to speak. I can remember with my daughter she was saying only a few words when we went overseas for our anniversary. We left her with my parents at the time and when we came back she was saying sentences after not even 3 weeks! We couldn’t believe it, it all happens so fast. Now the trouble is getting her to be quiet and eat her dinner!

First words are very special and we all remember them for sure. 🙂

The first words are such an exciting time. Then it’s on to even funnier phrases and words as they expand their vocabulary.

Lovely story…. let’s hope they still remember that word when they are teenagers rushing out the house!
